NZ Funds Management is wholly owned by its senior management. The company's shareholding is made up of founding shareholders Gerald Siddall and Russell Tills, the Chief Executive, Richard James and Chief Investment Officer, Michael Lang. The balance of the shareholding is held by the remaining Principals.
