Rachelle Bland

Biography

---

Rachelle joined NZ Funds Management in 2001 as part of the Financial Advice Support Team.  She has worked with many advisers providing training and support in terms of the practical delivery of financial advice, effective plan-writing and development of advice systems and processes.  She has been instrumental in the development and deployment of our advice technology to our advisers.

 

Prior to joining NZ Funds Management she worked for Sovereign as part of the Aegis team, both in the asset management area and latterly in the Technical Services Team as a business analyst.  Previous to that she worked for a number of financial advisory firms in various roles, including adviser support and para-planning.

 

Approach

My passion in life is people.  In my role at NZ Funds Management, I have had the pleasure of working with a large number of advisers, developing advice systems and training new advisers, as well as supporting some of our experienced advisers, assisting them all to develop and grow their businesses.  I take delight in hearing about our advisers' successes and supporting them in the delivery of providing effective financial advice to their clients.

 

The advancement of our advisory technology means that advisers can run their businesses more efficiently and we can support our advisers more effectively, the end result being that advisers can spend time doing the most important things - engaging with clients, determining their needs and goals, and developing plans and strategies by which their clients can achieve the things that matter most to them.
