Wealth at Work is a financial guidance programme delivered via the workplace to employees.


The Programme
Wealth at Work is designed to help employees make informed financial decisions improving the probability of their achieving financial independence.
The programme is comprised of confidential financial surveys, interactive financial planning workshops covering financial topics like debt management and wealth accumulation, plus access to Authorised Financial Advisers for confidential financial advice.
Wealth at Work for Employees
The Wealth at Work programme offers you as an employee the opportunity to gain the knowledge necessary to take control of your finances and financially prepare for retirement and beyond.
To help you achieve this we explore three key areas:
- Wealth Accumulation - Plotting the path to building wealth. Taking into account your current financial position, we look at where you want to be at retirement and a practical approach to get there. In this stream we also cover KiwiSaver and debt management.
- Retirement Income Planning - Ensuring the alignment of retirement wealth and goals. Once you are in retirement, managing your wealth to enable you to enjoy the lifestyle you planned towards.
- Key Risk Management - Calculating and minimising your ‘event’ risks. Ensuring that you have appropriate risk management in place to mitigate the risk of not achieving the objectives set out above as a result of unexpected events.
